First run since I graduated

Morning! Today has been my first run since I graduated on Friday! Mentally, this has been my hardest run. Why? Because in my head, I finished! So to drag myself out of bed to carry on was really hard. I did and i completed my 30 minutes. In fact, i added on 2 minutes. But I did it, hopefully my next run won't be so mentally challenging....happy running peeps

time to think of a plan !

mine was to add 2mins a week for 2 runs with a 2k fast one on the third day. (not concerned about distance) i am sticking to this.

my main aim is to do parkruns when i can and be able to do them easily.x

I'm signed up for park runs, hoping to start this week. I just felt so lost this morning, even my routine was different not having to get the app ready!
