I've just completed week 9 run 3...YAY me. After such a fab run on Saturday I'd been so looking forward to today's run BUT it was horrible!!!! Made it round but all I kept thinking was 'will it finish soon?'. Anyway, sitting on the couch typing this thinking 2 things 1) I am so proud of myself would never have thought I'd have got this far and 2) better get a wiggle on or will be late for work!!!
Now to think about my treat to myself and planning the next few runs!

brilliant Ali just brilliant! Virtual hug of congratulations. Shame it was a tough one, that's ok it's just the way it was, the next run you know will be different again - you have graduated!!! You are a C25k graduate How very cool is that!
Well done, how exciting - graduating. Have lots of treats in celebration. (Ditto to what minuette and Bxster said). It looks like a great day for celebrating your run, enjoy!!!!!
HIp hip hooray and a fanfare of trumpets...congratulations Ali, that is fantastic. Hope you choose yourself a great graduation prize. Bet you wear that smile all day.
Thanks you lovely peeps. I have been smiling today and will be going out in the next few days to buy my treat. Am going to be very generous to myslef and why not as I've not wasted money on gym memberhsip, that I don't use, for the last 3 months. Something small & silver from Tiffany's me thinks (they really shouldn't have opened near work!!!!)
Plans for the rest of this week...do 2 x 30 mins and then plan a longer run to try and cover 5k but right now I just want my right shin / calf to stop hurting...it's all achey and very restless.
Well done!!! How fab to graduate! I am two runs off that point, though I have cheated a bit to get here (skipped a few podcasts) so as to be ready for Sport Relief this weekend. Enjoy your treat(s) - well-deserved!
