Earlier this week I told you lovely people how I had to stop at 17 minutes, but today after resting longer and more stretching I did the 20 minutes!!! So so proud of myself. Bring on week 6. I never thought this ever possible, couch to 5k truly is amazing.

Amazing! Well done! You are going to smash week 6, just be careful about the first run - it's not bad I promise but just take it slow as it will catch you out from doing the 20 minutes back to intervals
Take it slow , it’s not a race , the target is to run non-stop for 30 minutes regardless of time or distance . That will come later . Remember were not all youngster !
This is your journey , don’t compare yourself with anyone else . You are you and unique . I look forward to your next post . 🐾
C25k as you say is amazing, I am trying to get some of my neighbours to start it, not sure if I will succeed, might be as difficult as trying to get my cat 🙀 to do it,😻😂however, congratulations to you for running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
