Week 5 run 3 second attempt

Woke up today at 6 drunk a bottle of water spent 5 mins stretching then me and lisa1981 headed out we took a known route which we have gone on 5 or 6 times and we only gone and done it 20 mins jogging in the bag I feel like rocky Balboa at the top of the steps I am absolutely over the moon . Just want to say Ty to my georgus wife for helping me and than you to every one who gave me motivation on my last post .ROLL on WEEK 6 BOOOOM!!!!!

It is a great feeling knowing you can do it. The podcast is great keeping you on track.

Well done, it is a milestone.

I hope you are using dynamic stretching for pre run stretches runnersworld.com/ask-coach-... Static stretching should only be done after a run.

Well done. Biggest milestone I think. It’s usually the way that a not so good run is followed by a very successful one.

Well done, Week 5 Run 3 is a real achievement; you begin to believe that you might just do this!

God I wish I haven't had a beer since new years eve I'm dying for a 🍺🍺 not having on until Feb 10th though 😣😣
