Wk 5 run 3- i did it!!!

OMG i can hardly believe it....i ran for 20 mins without stopping....even when i set off this morning i thought it unlikely i would be able to go the whole 20 mins but was determined to try my best...i can hardly believe it...in those early weeks i couldnt imagine ever being able to run more than 5 mins without stopping now 5k seems achievable, i am still quite slow and have no idea how far i am running but so pleased with my progress.

Isn't it a fantastic feeling? Did you grin when you finished it?

WELL DONE!!

Well done, that is a milestone run :) You should now have a huge ridiculous grin which refuses to go away :)

Brilliant. Well done you. It's a great feeling when you realise just how much progress you have made.

Don't worry about speed/distance, is my advice at this stage. Work on building up your stamina. The speed will come later as you get used to running for longer periods and you get stronger.

That's fantastic, well done! Speed and distance don't matter. You are running that's the important thing oh and of course enjoying it! X :-)

Well done Nin, you have now proved to yourself you can do it! To make sure you enjoy the rest of the programme, just take it steady, particularly at the start of your runs. Good Luck! :-)

Don't worry about distance, just celebrate being able to do the elapsed time
