Thanks to everyone's advice I tried again this morning, tried to think positive, went slower and it went great I went at a more conversational pace and it felt so much easier, I actually carried on almost an extra 5 mins because it was going so well I didn't want to stop!
Weirdly, according to strava my pace this run was 7.33/km which isn't even that much slower, but it made a massive difference!

Thanks! Definitely going to try and maintain this slower pace now, and yeah I’ve realised how nice it is to just do one continuous run instead of stopping and starting!
7.33/km isn't bad, in fact it's a good pace for your 20 minutes of W5R3, well done on completing that run, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Amazing work, you must feel fantastic after that. The jump from the interval runs to the 20 minute run is quite a leap but the first was only a practice anyway 😉😉 you can now run for a WHOLE 20 minutes, how cool is that??!
