So happy!! There are snails that have done it faster but I finished week 5 run 3 and ran for 20 mins!!

It was fine! Was surprised at how quickly it went but then I did take it very slow so that may explain things! How did you find it?

I did it this morning, had to stop for a water break at 12 mins for about 30 mins so just did a bit of walking. Managed 1.8 miles so pretty chuffed with that.
