Week 5 Run 3 done !!

Just got back from the "dreaded" 20 min run and I did it !! It certainly wasn't easy - the first 5 mins seemed to take forever but then I just sort of settled down into the running and was ok until Sarah Millican said I had a couple of minutes left and they seemed the longest 2 minutes ever - but I did it - legs feel a bit shaky and I haven't quite got my breath back yet but that's OK - feeling good and am looking forward to week 6 now.
