Well, who would have thought that I was actually going to do this? Actually, after completing run 2 I felt quite confident, and as soon as I left the house this morning, I knew that I was going to make it! I started slowly, but once I had done the first 10 minutes, I picked up the pace a little.
To anyone that is worrying about week 5 right now, DON'T!! Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, minute by minute, run by run and you will make it.
Thank you to everyone who posted their own successes. Reading your stories was invaluable and convinced me I could actually run for 20 minutes without stopping.

That's a great positive post, and helpful to everyone making their way towards W5R3 with any trepidation. The wizardry of this plan is amazing, and you'll also be absolutely fine in WK6. You should be mightily proud of yourself, really well done.
After the 20 minute run going back to intervals can be a surprise to the system. The good news is that there are only two more intervals runs left. That's also the bad news. 🤣
From this point on it's all about gradually extending and consolidating. W5R3 is a milestone run. You're now a proper runner.
Good post from you, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
