I can hardly believe it but I just ran for 20 minutes!!! So very pleased with myself. This is the furthest I've run for a very long time. This training plan is awesome, Laura said I was ready and she was right! Hooray!

U are doing really great!!! They say if u have done the 20 minute run, u have almost finished the program. It gives the confidence of finishing the 30 minutes. Keep going.
I knew you could do it!! My calves ached so much and i just kept thinking to myself "a little bit further" but such a nice feeling at the end! Well done!!
That's right, apart from Run 1 Week 1, this is the most important run of the program in terms of motivation. Once you have completed this 20 minute run you feel invincible (and rightly so), and know you can cope with anything Laura has to offer. Bring it on....
She always is... try and remember that when you are shouting at her later on in the programme...
When she was telling me to, "finish in style ".. I used to shout..." Who are you kidding.. if I finish at all, it will be a miracle!!!! "
