30 minutes of running outside

Well today I thought about running at 4-20 am as that was when I woke up. However must have dropped back off as next time I woke it was 6-30. Debated with myself about which route to run and eventually got out at 7-30. Did a new route with a big steep hill (silly me ) originally planned to do a circular run so thought only need to run down the big hill slowly so I didn’t fall. But then I got to main road to the village - no footpaths and quite narrow - and there was traffic lots of big trucks and tractors with trailers so turned round and ran back the way I had come until the BIG hill!!!!! O my word got up a bit of it and then had to walk up to the top. But did run back home so did actually run for 30 minutes. Yeah 😋

Well done you. I've avoided hills so far! Guess I'll have to do it one day, bit not today.....😀

Yes it wasn’t in my plan for today only going down the way but I managed a bit of the run up hill so that’s something.

Fantastic, well done! I went out and was caught in a downpour, drenched from head to toe! Whilst out my cellar flooded with sewage too, not the best of days!

O no not sewerage that’s awful for you. Hope you can get it sorted. I feel another run might be required to get over it. Take care stay dry and safe.

Thanks 😊 hopefully the cellar is now sorted as United utilities have been and cleaned the drain and are carrying out repairs in the next 2 weeks. He tried to blame the problem on global warming! Next time I’m late for a meeting I’ll do the same 😂. I went for another run today, I’m on week 4 now. I’m so slow! When Laura says that if I’m getting tired I should slow my pace I always laugh as any slower would see me going in reverse. I hope you’re enjoying your runs!

Well done for keeping running even though the weather is against you. I found that I was really slow ( and still am slow) but at least you are out there. I graduated last august and am still no where near 5 km. so it’s the getting out there that counts happy running. 😛😛
