Week2 run 1 smashed!

Omg I can't believe I just did that!

My plan was to re run a week 1 program which I have already completed. but I felt mentally ready to go for week 2 and I'm so bloody happy I did. It felt amazing.

For anyone who read my last post about hip pain after the run, I remembered there is a grass running track nearby I went there and did the run around that and..... no pain after so that's my go to place now these runs.

So happy!

Yes! Well done! I definitely believe it’s mostly mental with this program - people keep telling me to trust in the programme and I think they might have a point ha ha!!

Well done you! 😄🎉👏

It's definitely more of a mental than physical battle.

I'm on week 9 run 1 tomorrow and I never thought I would be running non-stop for 28 minutes when I started.

This plan works. It prepares you physically,. - the rest is up to you

Great job... and a mental breakthrough... keep believing, keep trusting the plan. As for the running track... That’s fab... no route planning required there for a while! I do love a track, sadly not one on my doorstep, but I am lucky to live near enough to an indoor one to use from time to time.

Keep up the good work and that mentality.

Thanks. Yeah the track was a great idea an added mentality boost.
