W6R2 now smashed

I posted last week that I failed this run and not one to let things beat me I decided to have this one under my belt before heading for the 25 minutes run on W6R3. Am happy to.say that I achieved the run this evening after being away at the weekend and no running done due to bad weather and am feeling pretty chuffed with myself although half way through I was wondering how I was going to finish- but I changed my pace and my breathing became less of an issue and I felt that I could carry on without too much pain😂

So maybe I have been running too fast me thinks!!!

Looking forward to my next run now this week and moving nearer to graduation.

Not only did I achieve the run tonight but I accidentally put my husband's trainers on to run in (thought they felt a bit big!!!) Who knows what I might achieve with the right footwear on😁🏃‍♀️

Haha... maybe gait analysis isn’t everything, bigger shoes is the answer!

Well done meeting the challenge of the one that got away and kicking it’s butt.

And then some. The extra run will help too, so the one that got away not only gets owned, it gives you more strength and fitness to carry forward.

It’s well hidden... the “failure” fills the head, but in reality you got most of a run in, or even if you burn out 5 minutes in, its 5 minutes more running in the bank.

Reading your post was fun, you must be the same size or your feet must have expanded🤗😂. Well done on finishing your run. You must feel proud, which is well deserved.

My feet felt too small in Hubby's trainers so I did them up tighter 😂not realising they were the wrong trainer's!!! But it was hot and my feet must have swollen a bit with running 🏃‍♀️

But looking forward to getting my own trainers back on this week for my next run- the W6R3 eeeek!!!! Can't believe I've come this far!!
