Well I did it and not too bad at all . Even the shower of rain did not stop me. Here’s my routine for going out

Get dressed ( put stuff out night before)

Find dog lead, gloves and phone

Set headphones up with music and app

Grab dog

Open door and go !

Feeling better for doing this already

Good luck to all doing run 2 this week.

Good to hear you are so motivated, just remember that the non running days are just as important. It allows your body to repair. If you don't take this time you end up with injuries. Walking, strength or flex exercise is a really good alternative on your non running days 😊

I listen to all sorts of old stuff Blood Sweat and Tears, Tracy Chapman, Wings and The Commitments were with me this morning. Next run will be some Tamla Motown 4 Tops stuff, roll on Wednesday!

That is an excellent routine, though you might find later runs need you to have a quick drink of water first, too.
