Good to hear you are so motivated, just remember that the non running days are just as important. It allows your body to repair. If you don't take this time you end up with injuries. Walking, strength or flex exercise is a really good alternative on your non running days 😊
I listen to all sorts of old stuff Blood Sweat and Tears, Tracy Chapman, Wings and The Commitments were with me this morning. Next run will be some Tamla Motown 4 Tops stuff, roll on Wednesday!
