Again didn’t want to go, kept putting it off but then ended pushing myself out the door. So glad I did as I felt great after it. Was all chuffed with myself that I didn’t stop once even felt I could have kept going but didn’t want to push it.
Still getting used to the mindset that you can go as slow as you want as I always thought jogging was like running but just slightly slower.
.The posts on the forum have really helped. I’ve found if when I started to go at a slower pace I wasn’t as knackered 😀, so I’m just going to carry on like this and will work on speed later

I have do Week 2 Run 3 day after tomorrow. Agree completely that working out the right pace is difficult. I’m not sure if the podcast music is trying to get me to go faster but I do find the music great to help with pace. Good luck with Week 3.
