I am so pleased with my run today. I managed to run 4.97km today in 34 mins. As i was running, my shins were hurting and they still feel a bit sore. Could anyone please give me advice on what i should do? I dont want an injury as i am so close.

Just completed mine too!! :))) shins are usually a sign of landing on heel..... assuming you are taking that day of rest in between, really make sure you’re not over striding and that you are landing on middle of foot. That’s helped me overcome same

I would be gentle with yourself listen to your body now and see if you need more than one rest day with your shins because you don't want to risk making them feel worse

You should stick to the plan..........W6R3 is 25 minutes.
