On holiday in the Scottish Borders at the moment- went for a walk up the Eildons today which was quite a bit of exercise in itself, but as it is a run day decided to complete week 6run3 as planned!
It was tough but managed it even though my pace was slow!
I want to continue running the rest of the week even though I will be doing quite a bit of exercise anyway hillwalking in Scotland.. hopefully will be okay and won’t get too tired.

Those 3 hills named the Eildons are near Melrose in the Scottish Borders Region, I hope you enjoy your holiday here in Scotland, as I'm Scottish I of course would say that. 😊 Congratulations, as you now have completed run 3 of week 6 you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, as well as a climber of hills, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 325 minute runs, but most of all enjoy your Scottish holiday.
Well done you - you're a runner now! There's something really great about running while you're away, it makes me feel like I've conquered somewhere new! And you get to see things you might miss, especially if you go off the beaten track. We're off to Scotland in August and I'm really looking forward to running in some gorgeous scenery. Enjoy your holiday!
