Graduated. What a brilliant app. The last time I ran before using the app I had such sore hips I had to give up. This app has allowed me to build up gradually and I’ve had no pain or injuries throughout. I have loved Jo Wiley’s encouragement. My only disappointment is that I thought I would be running 5k in 30 minutes and I’m nowhere near. It takes me nearer 37 minutes. However that means that instead of running for 30 mins in week 9 I have had the stamina to run for 37. I guess my target now is to speed up so that I do run 5k in 30 min.

Week 9 Run 3
Yay well done you🎉
Hi, there are lots of posts about this, it is rare for anyone to run 5 k in 30 minutes by week 9, without suffering an injury by trying to go too fast. Good Luck and keep running . . .
Don't worry about speed at the moment, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
