Did my final "Week 9" run and completed the 30 minutes. I think I ran a little bit further today than on Run 2, so that is good. I'm looking forward to running 30 minutes and not feeling like my legs are heavy and my lungs are getting ready to close up. I'm still having trouble the first 5 minutes of running and the last 5 minutes of running -- the 20 in the middle there are okay though and that gives me hope that some day the good part will be 30 minutes, then 50 minutes....then 4 hours! LOL On to find the next set of podcasts...hi-ho!
