Had a lovely run this afternoon, ran a bit longer than the 28 minutes and felt great. I just seemed to zone out and then all of a sudden Laura told me to slow down!

Bizzarely I'm already looking forward to my next run on Tuesday!

Thank you all for your advice and supportπŸ‘πŸƒπŸ‘

Well done to you Cockneymick on completing the 28 minute run of week 8, I am glad that you enjoyed your run today, even ran a little longer, so that would be around 30 minutes, be careful not to injure yourself by not keeping to the program, I would not like to see you with any injuries, however, two more minutes should be πŸ†—, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 8, 28 minutes. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘

Well done! It sounds like you are having a blast! πŸ˜€

You are ahead of me now - I allow myself the luxury of 2 rest days over each weekend so just finished my first 28 minute run earlier this evening. It felt good!
