Another late run and didn’t see another living soul except for a very very beautiful deer 🦌 Plus I got lost in a podcast and kind of forgot I was running - thanks for the idea @workingathome (not sure how to tag people!) A very comfortable run. I’m happy. Hope you have all had something to feel happy about today too!

Looks like a nice nocturnal run CR, but you missed a beautiful springtime sunny morning!!!

It certainly was! I made the most of the sunshine in my garden 🌱 Such a gorgeous day wasn’t it?

It was a pleasure to live and run in Wales CR it was properly summerly 🌞😎

Sounds great. Everyone is appreciating their runs so much on the forum at the moment.

They are. Maybe it’s the liberating feeling of running?

How lovely! A good podcast helps.

It really does! Worked better for me than music. Might try an audio book too 👍🏼

I’m W5R3 tomorrow so will try that!

Audiobooks are my sole companion now on runs. Feels more relaxed. They can be pricey though so I have discovered Scribd which is an American app (a bit like Netflix for books). Very reasonable and loads of books/audiobooks/podcasts - I love it. 🤗

Thanks for the heads up! Will look into it. Lots of books have been read during lockdown so audi books would suit me down to the ground 👍🏼
