I learnt a big lesson from week 7 run 3 and started today’s new week slower and built up the pace as I felt more comfortable.
I got to the 28 minute mark with relative ease and could have gone longer but will probably leave this until Run 3.
Last run of the holiday now as we leave later today and back to work next week and flying all around Scandinavia on business so will hopefully have some nice city runs to finish week 8 with if time permits - can’t be skipping a week now!
I now spend my time on the sunbed reading Runnersworld and looking at running trainers - my how my life has changed - for the better I should add - this running lark makes me feel right good about myself!

I’m a few weeks away still from Fartleking (I hope that is a word) but it does sound interesting . I’ll mention this to my Scandi colleagues next week and see what they say about it too!
