Half of it was into a headwind (I did a rather snazzy bow tie shaped run according to Strava) and there was a hideous hill at the 22 minute mark that nearly finished me off, but after that was on the home straight and probably could’ve done the full 30. Think I need to try and slow it down a bit but my legs only seem to have one gear. Away in Liverpool til Saturday now so next run on Sunday!
I tried my W8R2 this morning and had to stop after 20 minutes of running. The wind was so strong on the seafront I could barely walk into it let alone run. Feeling pretty disappointed with myself as it’s the first time I haven’t finished a run. Will try again tomorrow 🙄🙄
Yes, I will try again tomorrow. I was reminded by a friend that 20 mins running was more than a lot of people did this morning and a couple of months ago I couldn’t have done that, which I guess is true.
