Great run for you again, that's 4/25 minute runs you have ran, each time a little faster, onwards and upwards to week 8 which are 3/28 minute runs, not long now until you graduate. π ππΎ
Cheers Al, I hope you are well, yeah was able to pick up pace again. I have no fear going up to 28 min runs, but the jump from 3-5 mins terrified me! Roll on week 8 πππ
Congrats on your run, I couldn't do the run this morning no energy but done it now, ran an extra 2 mins at end amazing, won't do an evening again too many teenagers hanging around, looking forward to Monday morning
Fantastic!! Well done you!! I think Iβm doing to do my R3 this evening when the weather should be dryer! I havenβt brought myself to running in the rain yet π€£ do you run before having an evening meal? I also found my calf muscles were aching more after R2 - did you find the same at all?
Thank you! I usually run before an evening meal. Yes my calfs ached a bit, natural reaction to longer run, I didn't ache yesterday however. You'll smash it this eveningπππ
Iβve already done it!! π I just couldnβt wait or get on with my day cos I kept thinking about my run! It was great and I sped up my pace in the last minute π canβt believe Iβve got this far. Canβt wait to smash Week 8 now!! πββοΈ
