Week 7 run 3....

Week 7 run 3, think that's the hardest run so far πŸ˜”πŸ˜” 3 mins to go I had to walk, first time I've had to do that and that's my 4th 25min run. I walked for 2 then run again the last 1 min. Could feel it was gonna be hard before I had even started, just had a feeling. Strange isn't is?! Anyway, I completed it that's the main thing I guess?! Those extra 3 little mins of week 8 seem a marathon away πŸ˜”

You managed to get that run completed, perhaps the reason why you are struggling a bit is either you are not hydrated enough or/and you are running a little too fast, so for your 8:1 run. drink plenty of water the day before you run and run it a little slower than you did today, that way you should complete it.

Definitely haven't drunk as much today as I usually do, will make more of a conscious effort from tomorrow. If i go any slower I'll be walking so don't think it's speed lol

I've just done run 2 of week 7 and quit with 5 mins to go. Just walked them. My breathing was all to shit and struggled from the get go. Will repeat it again Wednesday. Last time breathing was like that I came down with flu so hoping it's not that. Feel ok otherwise. Only had 4 hours sleep too last night so again that may have affected it. Feel like pants now tho for quitting!

I haven't run since this run on monday. I haven't felt well and have been exhausted so decided to take a few days off, I guess this is why I struggled on monday. I'm going to run again tomorrow but I'm going to repeat wk 7 I think, I think I'm setting myself up to fail if I go straight into wk 8 x

I really struggled on this run it was my worst run so far. But loved week 8 run 1 and didn’t find the extra 3 mins noticeable. I think I went too fast r7w3 as deliberately slowed down today and it felt manageable. Good luck
