I’m actually quite pleased that week 6 is similar to week 5, with 3 different runs, as much as I’m very pleased to have run 20 mins I’m not ready to do that all the time. So the first 5 min run was good, 3 min walk, 8 min run harder, it may be that I have a slight incline, which I will say is challenging and was definitely ready for the 3 min walk. The next 5 min run felt a lot easier, I didn’t give which I have on week 3 (when I say give up I mean go down to walking pace ). I’m amazed how far I have improved even if it is baby steps.
