I am really pleased Cockneymick that you did not collapse while running run 2 of week 7 and am very happy that you had a smile on your face during your run.

Snap just completed it too, ran a bit faster, yes ran not juffle, in last 5 mins but when hit the final hill is last min I would rather keep going than push too hard, forgot water, and started to cramp on cool down but water and banana at home helped but enjoyed it this is amazing
That's fantastic well done ππI agree important thing is to complete the run. I'm currently avoiding hills, with a few more runs under the belt I'll take on hills.
