Week 7 Run 2...

Well that's another run over and done with and another run closer to graduation. But wasn't it a hard run today. All of it accept the last 60 seconds where I was able to pick up my speed to the finish line. Throughout the entire duration on that run I felt as if I couldn't make it. The string winds didn't help either but that aside, I did it. Guess I could classify it as a bad but successful run.

Last run of week 7 due on Sunday but I'm working nights for the rest of this week now so I'm going to leave that run for Monday. Ran 3 times for this week anyway.

Well time to get inside where it's warm now, soak in a hot bath and then breakfast time.

Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Done is good. Enjoy the extra fitness you've earned. But -- week 7 -- you probably need an extra rest day. I sure did, and didn't really stop needing them until week 9 some time. Take two days...

Thank you. Going to have the weekend off now as I'm working nights so will return on Monday. Get a good enough workout at work anyway, up and down stairs all night.

Ha ha Donna I don’t believe you speeded up for the final 60 MINUTES!

Think because I just wanted the run to end. Made no sense me speeding up though because it's the same duration left. Haha.

Just reread what you said. Lol. My bad. Meant seconds. 😀

Ooh I missed this one. Well done you sometimes the bad uns are the most satisfying, because you worked at them. Hope you had a nice long hot soak...

I did this run this evening Donna and you inspired me to speed up at the end! First half was hard cos it was uphill but the second half felt great! We’ve nearly got week 7 done.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done Donna, My first run was Monday today Thursday and I am thinking to give it go, feeling a bit nervous, my pace is slow I would like to increase but if I do I get tired, so let you know later about the run.
