I would like to thank all the members for being active and motivating beginners like me. Without u guys the plan won't work. Literally !!!
Coming to the run, it wasn't as easy as the week 1. Had missed breath many times but somehow managed to finish every time, thinking many others have done this before and i can do it too. Week 3 scares me, as i am hardly managing to do 90s, 3 minutes seems impossible at the moment.
But I will do it, after reading the motivational posts out here. I am only 25, people aged 50 and more are finishing the program. I will do it too.
Thank u very much.

You'll be fine- the programme builds you up slowly. It's tough but doable - just keep plugging away steadily. Whether 25 or 61 like me, it's a personal challenge but you can do it. Good luck!
Your welcome! I did it and 61 next month. Yes, it can be frightening to think about running for longer, so don't think about that.
Yes you'll have some tough times, but at your age I think you will cope fine, just take it steady, and if you really start to feel fatigued, just back off the pace..
I'm due to start week 3 tomorrow, and am having similar worries! But reading other people's experiences on here is so helpful - l know that if I just go slow and steady I'll do it.
I'll join you in thanking the other members on here for helping to keep us going! Good luck with the end of week 2 and the start of week 3 - I'll try to post about how mine goes tomorrow (if I've got any energy left!). 😀
