Nearly there now, 2 more runs to graduation. Running is feeling so much more a natural movement than it did a few weeks ago.

I've been giving podcasts a go too this last week. Finding the time passes by while I'm listening. It's a podcast called 'Running Commentary'. It's basically 2 comedians chatting & banter, but they record it while they're running themselves. So they're puffing and panting along with you.

So close now! It's good to mix it up on runs to keep them interesting - music, podcasts, audiobooks or even running naked listening to the birds and your own thoughts. Once you've graduated, the Nike Run app has some guided runs of varying length which a lot of people like too. Good luck with the last two runs of the program. You've got this!

Thanks, I'll look at that Nike app. Unfortunately in the park I use running naked is rather frowned upon though 😆
