Only 2 more runs to graduation! My first 30 minute run ... ever. I'm amazed – this plan really does work! Today's run was the furthest and fastest paced so far. Still as slow as a cameleon, but progressing. I'm going to be in Zimbabwe for the next few weeks so hope to carry on running there 3 times a week. I'll let you know how I get on!

Great job... Zimbabwe will be quite a change... hope it’s not too hot, but humidity will no doubt be better than when it was hot here. Good luck.

Chameleons are faster than sloths, so you’re doing okay.
Zimbabwe sounds so interesting, please include photos in your post, I would love to see. Enjoy and run safe out there.

Exactly what I was saying in my post. Plus those who use the forum are so encouraging. It really motivates well done on achieving 30minutes if running. Look forward to seeing your shiny grad badge.🙂
