How you all doing. Life has been keeping me busy, both not visiting the site often and also being able to run frequently.
So, this week I decided to structure somethings into place and mainly some "me" time and get my running back into the groove.
I've managed to get out 3 times this week (isn't it funny when you are doing the program your whole world evolves around it and once you have graduated it automatically turns tables). Not in the best of shape at the moment and have struggled up to 4k on each run.
In the famous words of Madonna it's time to "Get back into the groove boy/man" I guess that now Mo Farah has retired someone has to take his place, may as well be me hey!!
Hope to be back on here more often and catch up with you all.
Enjoy the rest of your week and certainly the weekend.

At the moment it's quite easy as wife and kids are on holiday. Next week will be the real test. If you can't invest in yourself, who can you invest in?
Nice to see you are on the 5k's now. You'll be on 10k's in no time.
Hopefully you'll soon get back into the routine, I know the programme was good at ensuring you run three times a week, but why not set yourself a goal and work towards it in a similar way. Juju usually sets a group challenge so once you're back into it maybe join one . Good luck. 🤓
hi saul01, I have been same as you recently with work holidays and no time for running but trying hard to get motivated and out there again but always find an excuse but I really have to so hope to NO I promise to run this weekend.
Thank you all. Just a quick update, managed all 3 runs last week. Friday was brill, got caught in the downpour!! Loved it, my first official soaking whilst running.
Didn't let the rain stop me! will be out there again tonight hopefully.
