Finally got back out and run, first time since Friday of last week before the funeral. Whilst time and distance won’t set the running world alight still managed to run for 30 mins and that was the aim and no real struggle so sure next one will be an improvement.

They’re the best kind of runs I reckon Papillon with no thoughts of time or distance and music to lose oneself in, some “me” time. Hope all is well with you.
