I really enjoyed last nights run, possibly more than any other. I set out knowing where I was running to and not worrying about the time in any way. I knew it would be around 30 minutes so just settled in to a pace and breathing pattern which felt good.

I finished the run just over 30 mins but with a solid 5k under my belt.

Just 2 more runs left which I will use the same relaxed approach for.

Still amazed how far I've come in 9 weeks, and looking forward to running purely for pleasure in the future.

That's amazing, great pace by the sounds of it too and seems you are really enjoying it. Graduation beckons.
