W9R1 + the magical 5k

I went into the run with no expectations other than to complete it. After struggling with my breathing for 10 minutes or so I realised I couldn't manage it at my normal pace (which was perfectly fine in weeks 7 and 8), so I slowed down until I'd run for 27 minutes. Then my favourite running song started playing, and I had to run until it was over. So I ran for 5 more minutes, running for a total of 32 minutes! I had honestly not expected to even come close to my PB distance since I'd slowed down so much, but I did 5.12km in 42 minutes (counting my warm up and cool down walks). I will stick to running for just 30 minutes for the next 2 runs.

Yes, you do that.  It sounds most sensible.  Well, you're nearly there Shivani. The finish line is almost within touching distance. Enjoy  your remaining two runs. Have fun! This is the time of your life, make the most of it. Go steady and you'll nail them
