Week 7 run 1 (repeat)

Have had a week off running as I’d injured my ankle on the way to a socially distanced meet up (typical me 😂). I didn’t complete the week 7 run when I tried it for the first time last monday, was too warm and hadn’t paced myself properly, so was worried for the run today, especially after not running for a week, but managed it! Felt like I could definitely run for longer, endorphin rush was amazing :))!!

That's brilliant. Half the battle is mental - and you successfully slayed the gremlins that tried to make capital from Monday's run. That determination will get you to the last run of the program and graduation. Find your comfy pace - enjoyment rather than speed is the aim at this point - and cruise to the end of the program. Good luck and enjoy.

Thank you so much! Honestly loving it and think I’ve found my ideal pace :)) so so excited to get to the point of running 5k :)))

Don't forget, most people don't get to 5k in week 9. C25K actually takes you to 30 minutes - building to 5k is a nice second goal for many 👍
