Wow, what a difference the weather makes. This run kicked my arse. I was running outside and it was 29 degrees celcius with 54% humidity. I definitely felt overheated by the end. That said, I kept going and finished the full 25 minute run. I even ran about the same distance (and just a hair further). Whew! I'm starting to see signs of fall and I distracted myself with the leaves (pretty colors - oooooh!). On to week 7 run 2!

Well done for running in that heat - don't think I could have done! Love the picture btw. Autumn is my favourite time of year and I cannot wait to be running as the leaves turn!

Running in cooler conditions is certainly easier and you have all that ahead of you.
