Week 7 run 1

Wow, what a difference the weather makes. This run kicked my arse. I was running outside and it was 29 degrees celcius with 54% humidity. I definitely felt overheated by the end. That said, I kept going and finished the full 25 minute run. I even ran about the same distance (and just a hair further). Whew! I'm starting to see signs of fall and I distracted myself with the leaves (pretty colors - oooooh!). On to week 7 run 2!

I took the photo during the cool down walk. I couldn't resist. 😃

Well done for running in that heat - don't think I could have done! Love the picture btw. Autumn is my favourite time of year and I cannot wait to be running as the leaves turn!

I love the Autumn too! I just wish we could shorten the post script. 😉

Well done. Running in heat and high humidity is really draining

Running in cooler conditions is certainly easier and you have all that ahead of you.

Enjoy
