Oh my goodness! I’ve put this run off for over a week as I’ve had a few things going on (bump in the car) etc so couldn’t quite get my head in gear to think positive thoughts and actually believe I could do it.
However, once I decided tonight was the night, it was a far better experience than I thought it would be.
I had thoughts in my head that I’d be exhausted in the first 10 minutes, but I just felt like I got into a rhythm and then the time just flew by.
Got to say, this really does work.
Believe in it and believe in yourself! x

Well done you ⭐️ It’s great when a run comes together like that, and sometimes when you’re forced to take a few days off you actually come back stronger. All the best with week 6 !
I’ve missed out w5r3 and gone on to w6 r1&2 and done them twice to avoid 20 min running 😫😳 but intend to do it Tuesday hopefully, a bit daunting is it not ?
It is, which is why it took me over a week to get my head in the right place before attempting it, but saying that I’m so glad I did it and I’m sure you can too.
