Who would have thought at this stage that three minutes would make such a difference!!! Blimey. It felt loooonnnnnnngggggggg!! Just like the three minute ones in week 2! It was pretty warm though, to be fair.
Hurrah! Week 8 underway!

Hurrah! Week 8 underway!
1. It was 8.30 this morning. I don't do mornings. Not at all, not never.
2. I hadn't had any breakfast
3. It was boiling hot
4. My podcast was two minutes shorter than I thought it was
5. Pretty sure my phone was running slowly because it was so hot.
6. The Geese were in the way again so I had to do two half circuits of the lake to avoid getting hissed at
7. I had to be back for a meeting so I felt a bit of pressure...
Does that help??!!! Ha ha!!
Actually it was ok- well, I did it, anyway! It was ok on my legs and stuff, it just FELT long, I wondered if it had stopped at one point!! Also just fyi, Jo Whiley didn't tell me when it was one minute to go, she was hoping I would pick up the pace from five minutes to go which wasn't going to happen, not no way... so I checked my phone and upped it for the last 30 seconds!!
Actually they started one side of the lake last run then I only ran a little way and they were getting out of the water in front of me- I'm pretty sure the goslings can't go THAT fast, so you are probably right!! I will look out next time for signs of extra beaks or webbed feet... oh wait...
