So I did my W8R1 this afternoon, I wasn't particularly looking forward to it as it had another three minutes added taking the run to 28 minutes.
I still find it hard between 5-10 minutes in but after that I seem to settle in to a nice run.
I managed to run the whole 28, increased my distance to 5.6k (including warm up and cool down walks) and my best kilometre was run in 6 minutes 28 seconds.
I feel like I'm making good progress and I'm loving it.
I think I'm getting addicted π
Cant wait for R2 on Wednesday.
