Hi Everyone, pretty excited of the first win. I realized that once I got started it just was much easier. This program gives me confidence of a program to get to run. Fingers crossed

Well done , it's a good feeling seeing the week done. Just done week 7 ...go for it , it is so rewarding. Just remember ...its not about speed. It's such a personal run which makes it less worrying . You are going to be surprised how well this works ..enjoy

Thank you. I realized after reading that what we do before and after a workout matters a lot in keeping us in shape
