So I am moving for 25+ minutes and now pushing for 30 minutes. I am enjoying the running and sense of achievement as with every run I go that little bit further and see so many friendly people on my different routes around. I am hoping that I can now rejoin my local park run and not be just in front of the walking group

Slow and steady, relax into these lovely longer runs; let the new running legs find their happy pace... When park run eventually returns, maybe early next year, you will be out there with the front of the pack:)

So sad that we may not do parkrun till then. I’m getting withdrawal symptoms.

Oh gosh...but like many other things, how sweet it will be when we may run together in safety. Things to look forward to :) xx

I can imagine the attendance will be incredibly high when I see how many more people have taken up running. There are so many more on c25k now.

You’ve just reminded me of a mantra that you have clearly adopted - enjoy the things you can do rather than thinking of the things you can’t . You are very wise.
