So, am in Suffolk. Another run into unknown territory. Sunny and partly along a bridle way which was rather uneven. Found it hard today and when Jo said you’ve done 20 minutes I really thought I wasn’t going to be able to carry on for another 5 minutes. But I did! No music and a bit of a disaster with the Strava - forgot to press start 😩 But hey ho. Quite enjoying the no music scenario when I’m running in a different place.

Forgot to press start 😂 That's almost as funny as the time I came to the end of my run - pressed Stop, but forgot to stop running 🤔 Good luck with week 8!

I remember not pressing Stop until I'd driven home once. Blistering pace tho. Never to be repeated. I shd probably retire
