I was sooo worried about having an extra day off and the lovely people on here took the majority of that worry away but there was still some niggling doubt!

Anyway this evening I set off for the run a bit later than I have before but it was still light out. Managed to get lost (nothing to worry about) but when I figured out where I was the run was almost over and it was dark. Shortly before Sarah announced it was over I approached my usual country lane which is a nice steady decline and saved for the final 5 minutes HOWEVER it was now black out and limited street lights for 1k so had no choice but to run that too. So today I ran for 30 minutes which was naughty but I felt sooo great!!

Wow... so... yes... well done!

Great job! And now you absolutely know you got this right? Keep to the plan next time out... let’s keep the injury risk down.

How good did that feel though?! Bloody well done.

I promise I’ll be good and stick to it. I fully believe in it but it was dark and downhill but yes I’m not going to push it again!!

Ps - felt AMAZING
