Just had a lovely run, probably one of the most enjoyable I’ve had during the programme.I decided to mix it up again, just run without planning a route and turn round at the halfway bell. It was such a beautiful morning birds singing, woodpeckers pecking! I headed for the beach and the sea was a millpond. All of this distracted me from the toxic 10 and before I knew it I was halfway along the prom and it was time to head back. So glad I went out even earlier than usual as it’s already beginning to feel warm out there.
So, one more to go-I’m actually quite excited 😜
Off to do my yoga stretches now!

oh my you run sounds absolutely perfect early fresh next to the sea. I am about to venture out soon I can already feel the heat!!...I can only hope the euphoria you felt😉🤞
Did it...it was hot!! I'm going to admit to start it wasn't my easiest run my legs felt heavy but eased in lovely. Like you it was over before I knew it. But today what was most significant I haven't noticed until today. it was recovery!! After my run I felt great, I wasn't exhausted gasping for breath, I recovered so quickly!! Another personal milestone🙂
Go you!! It is certainly a tad warm out there now- although I’m stuck in my “office” ( spare room) WFH. 😕
Doesn’t it just show how good the programme is in preparing the body for what comes next? I’ve noticed too that I recover quickly. After a poor run the other day I’ve been paranoid about keeping up my fluids and I’m sure that helps. I still don’t drink enough water but more than I did!
yeah I have been thinking the same so have upped my water intake the last few days, maybe that helped?? its easier to remember to drink more when its warm!!
