I have just completed my penultimate run of C25K, run 2 of week 9. With only one run left I feel very pleased that I have almost finished this wonderful journey, the run was done at a fairly slow and steady pace, not my usual circular one round a loch. At halfway I turned and went back the exact same way as I had come. I started at 1.50pm and finished at 2.20pm, I did not have any timer with me, just my normal watch, so it's on to my graduate run on Monday.
