Again, on very quiet Devon lanes, although I did cause a bit of a tailback at one point. People are so NICE. They even waved as they passed. The run certainly produced the endolphins to the extent that I ignored Michael at the halfway point and carried on for at least another 12 pacers, and still arrived back during the warm down walk. Progress indeed.

That particular set of "what's next?" thoughts are on all of our minds once we get to this stage. I'm still mulling. But I'm too old to be a sprinter, so it's longer distances for me I guess. Challenge is how best to get there and how to keep up the momentum.... I'm sure there's a post in there somewhere
