It was raining tonight but the bonus was there was very little wind. I must admit I think I'm becoming addicted: I looked out of the window and didn't use the weather as an excuse not to run, I just thought, 'it looks as though I' m going to get wet', and off I went! My final run of the week is on Friday, which also happens to be my 58th birthday so a double celebration (fingers crossed) is on the cards.
