Completed Week 5 Run 2 this morning which was two 8 min runs. Looked at Run 3 on week 5 and it says you run for 20 mins? Is this correct?

Yes it is correct, the program has prepared you for that 20 minute run, just take it slowly, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾.

Thousands of runners before you have all thought that, and they've all done it. You can do it too! 💪

Yep... it’s your reward for doing so well... week 5 is awesome. You can do that run... relax and go nice and slowly, you’ll love it.

It is correct and it is an absolutely awesome run! You will be on top of the world once you complete it 😃.

I really think we need to do something to dispel the mythical dread of W5r3!!

Just completed my Wk5 run3!! Yes it appears a massive jump, hand on heart very very achievable. I actually found the 2nd half of the run easier 👍

Yes I felt exactly the same felt stressed about it. But had to get in right head space and say I can do this. The app got me this far. Good luck. I kept pace slow.

There's no sugar coating it, but you're ready physically. You're body knows it can run for 20 mins constantly, just take it easy. As others have said above, it's the mental battle! There will be some parts where you're thinking, "surely not another x minutes" but it's all in your head. Be positive.

Yes! I thought same.

I’ve just done it for the second time as the first time I didn’t quite make it. suggest you don’t try in this heat though! Wk6R1 looks much more appealing ! Good luck...you can do it.

Good luck tomorrow!

I didn’t quite make it again this morning (2nd attempt) but it was 14 degrees at 7am and I changed my route- not a great idea as it turned out to be uphill for the first five mins! 🤦‍♀️ you can do it!!!
