WEEK 5 RUN 3 ...... Yeahhhhh I did it..... this was a run that in my mind was a massive leap from week 5 run 2. Due to holiday and the recent hot weather, the run had been delayed, with a cooler morning today there was no putting it off any longer ..... and in my head I told myself I could do and did 👍, it now makes week 6 seem more manageable.... so chuffed and now looking forward to my next run 🏃♀️

Congratulations to you Fatbummum(change your username) on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊
